Some of our Accomplishments:

Emergency Communications

• Finalized construction of the EOC tower site 
• Assisted the Sheriff’s Office to upgrade the 911 Center Phone system

Housing/Land Bank

• Completed a Derelict Properties Inventory and Acquisition Strategy
• Acquired two properties and began rehabilitation efforts on a third.

Broadband

• Pole Applications for backbone network underway
• Continued technical mapping of county addresses

Transportation

• Secured grant funds for unmet transportation needs with Livingston Cares from the Rochester Community Foundation
• Here2There Portal creation 
• Lakeville Corridor Strategic Plan 

Conesus Lake Watershed Council

• Natural Shoreline Restoration & Old Outlet Reconfiguration projects completed
• 48% decrease in Mile-a-Minute at Geneseo site 
• 6 Spotted Lanternfly traps deployed in the watershed; 0 detections

Solar

• Reviewed two solar projects  in the Town of Geneseo and the Village of Dansville
• Reviewed three new or revised solar energy systems laws for the Towns of Avon, West Sparta and Conesus
• Reviewed one new battery energy storage systems law for the Town of Conesus
