The Vision of the Livingston County Alternative Energy Website is to assist with the responsible development of Alternative Energy Systems while recognizing the growing demand for Alternative Energy Systems throughout Livingston County.

  • Development Reviews by the County Planning Board under NYS General Municipal Law 239
  • Technical Assistance
  • Coordinating and establishing any affiliated incentives for renewal energy projects, including PILOTs, mortgage recording tax abatements, and sales tax exemptions
