The Livingston County Office of Mental Health and Community Services is seeking to contract with a local New York State Office of Mental Health (NY OMH) licensed behavioral health agency or agencies to provide Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) services to Livingston County and area residents.  Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 4:00 p.m. April 15, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.  

Copies of said Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from the Office of the Livingston County Administrator by emailing or by calling (585) 243-7040.  All vendors must register with Ashley Scutt, identified above, to ensure receipt of any subsequently issued addendum(s).
